⏳what nobody tells you when you sell your company

When I sold my first company, I thought it would be this extreme high of a moment. The champagne would pop, the clouds would part, and all would be right in the world. Not that I had a life full of clouds. My life was (still is) awesome. That final moment though…it was more like a wimper. It just kind of…happened. 10 years of building a company. Over with some signatures. Sure, I made a huge amount of money. The life changing kind. But I was honestly a surprised by how little else changed....
