I had a weird moment last week. I was reviewing a coaching client’s org chart and noticed a bunch of roles that didn’t even exist 3 years ago. Then I counted 9 roles that existed three years ago and don’t exist now. Nobody got fired. The company grew. But the shape of it changed completely.
