I’m writing this from the flight back from our annual family beach vacation. This time, we chose Grand Cayman. Mostly because it was close to Orlando and we wanted to stop there first to allow our 10-year old daughter to experience Harry Potter world at Universal Studios. I do my best thinking on vacation.
