⏳balancing work and life for CEOs

Recently, on an episode of Prof G, Scott was commenting on Eric Schmidt for taking another job as CEO of a startup at his age and wealth. If I could summarize, it went something like this → “Startups require you to put in 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. Eric is at a different stage of life and won’t do this.” He obviously complemented Eric and thought he should be Chairman of the Board instead…but that’s not the point of this email.
